Once items are received, you will be sent a refund notification by email.

Yes! If you would like to return your order by mail, we will send you a free USPS return label. You can also stop by and drop it off in person as well.

Once returned items are received by mail or in person, your refund will be issued by the next business day. You can track your return’s location with the tracking information provided on the return label that we provide. Please allow 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) for the return to post to your original form of payment.

If your order has not been shipped we can make changes to your order.
If the order changes require additional payment, please reach out to us by phone, for faster processing. We are also able to send an order invoice via email if that is preferred.
If a refund is needed, that will be processed and reflected on your form of payment in 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

If your order has been shipped, we will have to process the order as a return/exchange. We will provide a return label to you, to send back the original product before we send new products or apply a refund to your order if that is needed. You may also return the product to us in person if you are near our home location.


Your order's shipping cost is determined by weight. You will be shown the shipping cost and options during checkout for the exact weight of the items in your cart.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 and for Subscribe & Save orders.

Within the U.S. we use both USPS and UPS

Outside of the U.S., we use DHL, USPS, and UPS.

Orders are usually received within 2-5 business days after shipping if residing in the United States. Your delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout as well as any processing time before your order is sent out. Most items are sent out within 24 hours of placing your order if placed Monday-Friday before 5 pm AZ time not including Holidays. If not, then your order will be sent out the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as the order is ready to be shipped.

We also offer a pickup option for our local Tucson customers.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. You will be able to reference this information until delivery. Some shipping systems can take 24 hours to be updated with current package location information. You can also track your order and receive updates via the Shop Pay App.

We try our best to have all orders sent out within 24 hours of your purchase during regular business hours. If your order was placed after 5 pm AZ time Friday, during the weekend, or on a holiday, your order will be shipped out the next business day.

If you select the Pick Up at checkout instead of it being shipped, you will receive either a text message or email (depending on your notification preferences on your account) letting you know when your order is ready. We put a high priority on having these orders ready as soon as possible.
After you receive your notification you can pick up your items at the front desk of Skin Appeal, which is located in the same building as Mikel Kristi.

We are happy to say that our customers rarely have an order never arrive. We always recommend that you double-check the address on your order first, just in case. We also recommend giving it 24 hours to see if an error was made by the mail carrier. This is usually the case for some reason and the package shows up the next day.

If your package has not made it to you after this time or you would like to let us know right away please reach out to us and we can help remedy the issue.

Loyalty Rewards Program (MK Rewards)

For each dollar you spend (not including taxes and shipping) you will receive 1 MK Credit. These credits can then be collected to earn money off on your next purchase. In the widget at the bottom of your screen, you will be able to sign into your account, view your points, find out how to earn more points, as well as convert your points to a coupon code that you will be able to use at checkout.

Note: Only one promo code can be used per order, so sale and point codes can’t be used simultaneously.

You will always find your MK Credits/ Points Widget on the bottom of your screen, on the homepage of the Mikel Kristi website. Click on it to see your points balance.

If you think some points might be missing:

Double-check to ensure you are using the same login information as you have on previous orders. Your points are attached to the email that your order was placed under, and if you created multiple accounts, this could be why your balance looks incorrect.

Not sure? Check your order history to see if all previous purchases are there.


You might have created a points coupon code by accident/ forgot the points coupon code. If you think this might be the case, send us an email at yourbestskin@mikelkristi.com and if the code wasn’t used we can add those points back to your account or provide you with the missing code for you to use on your next order.

In your MK Rewards Widget, you will find a link to “Refer a Friend”. You can send this link to any new customer you want to share Mikel Kristi with! Once they click on this link, they will be directed to our website to enter their email address. Once entered they will then receive an email with their $25 off coupon code for any $50 or more purchase if they are a new customer. After their purchase is completed you will receive $25 in points to your MK Credits balance.

Mikel Kristi’s products have been formulated to work synergistically with one another to give you the most beneficial experience, so they are better used in combination with one another. Still, we know our customers will sometimes use other products as well.

Just be cautious of the ingredients you are using, and be sure to not overwhelm your skin. We know what is in our products, and what to expect when solely using them, so without knowing exactly what other brands and products you are using, we may not be able to pinpoint certain concerns or reactions that may occur. Always pay attention to your skin and contact your skin care professional who knows your skin best if you have any strong concerns about mixing certain products.

Most of our products are designed for everyday AM or PM use, but there are a few items that are intended for only PM use or less regular use. You will find the specific product usage instructions on their product pages and each of their labels.

We believe that all skin can be ‘normal skin’ when given all the things it needs to function at its highest level, but understand that everyone’s skin is different. We try to provide well-rounded formulations to help all skin types and skin concerns in a natural and highly effective way. Depending on your specific skin, some products will be more helpful, and there could be some products that your skin might not be suited for or suited for yet. We try to provide information on each product as well as group our products by specific concerns, to help choose the product that is most targeted to your needs.

This is not common with our products, but all skin is different.

If you are using an exfoliating product such as our Vital A Rejuvenating Serum, Rejuvenating Swipes, or one of our Professional Products such as Vital A Boosting Cream or Bio Peptide 10% Swipes, your skin may need more time getting used to them.

For these products, we would recommend starting slowly and using them only at night. Start with a few days in between applications until your skin becomes more comfortable, then you can begin using them again more frequently.

If you are experiencing sensitivity to them currently, pause using them until your skin feels normal and begin again with less frequent use.

If you are experiencing breakouts or light peeling- this is normal. This is the Purging stage and it is sometimes necessary to reveal a more healthy complexion.

Don’t be alarmed.

The majority of our products do not come with a seal with the exception of our Swipes. Our other containers will show obvious signs of use or tampering. Each product is also inspected before each order is fulfilled and is only handled by a minimal number of trusted employees before shipment. This helps us provide a more eco-conscious product.

Our products are produced and bottled in small batches to maintain ingredient integrity and freshness. They also do not contain a large amount of chemical preservatives or artificial colors. This plus the use of natural ingredients can lead to some differentiation in the color or consistency of our products. We strive to have consistency from batch to batch, but this isn’t always possible. We trust that the products will still deliver the same benefits, but if you feel that your product differs too much, please let us know so we can look into any issue and give you the product you know and love.

If your bottle, pump, or jar isn’t working properly, reach out to us and let us see what we can do. We can see if it is an easy fix or if you may need a replacement.


To create an account you will need to navigate to the Login symbol in the upper right corner of the website. Underneath the login option boxes, you will see a “New Customer” sign-up link. Here you will add your information to create your account.

If you made a purchase previously but did not create an account, you can (and should)  use the same email address you used for that order to sign up. This way, all of your previous orders and MK Rewards points can be viewed in your new account.

If you are a previous customer, we can also send an account invitation email to the email that was last used for your order, if you need help creating your account. Contact us if you would like this sent.

When you create an account, you can access all previous orders and their fulfillment status. You also gain the ability to spend your MK Rewards points toward your future purchases as well as have the option to join our Subscription Program.

At this time, you are not able to edit your account information yourself, but this will not affect your orders. All information can be edited during your checkout process.

You can create a subscription order the same way you would place a normal order. You will navigate to the product page and above the “Add to Cart” button you will select “Subscribe & Save”. Then decide on the frequency you would like to receive this item. Once you add this product to your cart and checkout, your subscription is created.

Since the subscription orders are already discounted, you will not be able to use a discount code.
